This short, inspirational film, featuring the Pam’s velvety and unbelievably deep breath and slow movement, is an elegant study of light and breath, honoring the technique and style of Bill Viola’s timeless video art. Both the film and performance were created to capture and inspire awareness about our constant companion, the breath. It is the essence and integrity of the ancient healing practice of yoga, as well as our innate human capacity to create and manage our internal spaces.

Produced and directed by Lynn Birdwell, shot by Raul Casares, animated by Brandon Ray, and edited by Matt Holicek, everyone loved the music and the story. Happy to hear the band recently reunited to play together, and to see where their individual careers have taken them.
